Description
It is said that wahoos got their name from an alternative spelling of the island of Oahu in Hawaii, one of the places where these fish are commonly found. Although little research has been carried out on their migration patterns, they have been known to travel great distances and tend to move inshore as well as into cooler waters in summer.
