Ferrari 488 GTB & 488 Spider – kit from LEGO® bricks

First introduced in 2015 and produced to this day, the Ferrari 488 is a vehicle for the modern age, but certainly not devised for everyday use. The number of newly registered vehicles of this type per annum is accordingly in the low, three-digit range, but the trend is rising.

The name of the model derives from the displacement of one of the eight cylinders. 670 hp is housed in the engine compartment; the top speed is 330 km/h. The one-and-a-half-tonne sports car takes just three seconds to reach 100 km/h from zero.

GTB stands for Gran Turismo Berlinetta and thus addresses the predecessor 458 Berlinetta, which is similar to the 488 in some respects. The Coupé is joined by the Spider, which refers to the cabriolet version.
