Jean’s voyage across the Seven Seas has commenced! First stop: the icy waters of the Arctic. She encountered a handful of Montagu’s sea snails in a rock pool, as well as several pink salmon in the ocean. It’s not quite spawning season, so the salmon hadn’t yet acquired their characteristic pink hue, but nevertheless Jean found them beautiful. After taking some photos and recording her findings in her logbook, it was time to move on to the next ocean.
